maybe if you're contemplating tonight I
can reach you and everything can begin
maybe you never existed and I only imagine
your sweet high voice singing to songs
that only you would ever know with your
toes in the sand and salt in your hair;
you were too exquisite to exist.
if I could fall asleep with your
hands touching my hair again
everything would make sense.
we would know what to do.
your voice somewhere is holding me and singing me to sleep,
and maybe you don't exist but
I'm the one challenging reality.

Very good. The ocean looks kinda like jelly too, which makes its reality questionable. :3
